Help me to identify the brand name of the window handle

Unfortunately the person who installed our windows did a cowboy job, left it unfinished without the screw cover caps / or with the missmatched colour caps. He took the money and then decided not to do anything about it. We eventually found out that he is not even FENSA registered… So anyway, I’m not sure if I can upload photos here but does anyone know where can I get most of the spare windows screw caps from? Thank you!

Best thing for you to do is to go to your local hardware store e.g bnq or eBay and buy a universal window handle. The caps will come in the pack with the handle. Should only cost around £5 for a new one. Easy to install aswell as it’s only 2 screws, just remember what direction the handle closes as this can sometimes throw people off.
