Newly installed hansgrohe mixer hot and cold water sides swaped

hi i had just got a new hansgrohe mixer installed but when i turn knob towards blue side i get hot water and when i turn knob to red side it get cold water. Has my plumber messed it up. Appreciate your help

Sounds like it. I take it you have a single lever mixer. The cold should be on the right & so check the pipes just beneath the tap & I expect you will find that the 1 on the right is warm. Should be a simple enough job to swap them over, especially if service valves have been fitted which ideally they should be. Hope that helps.

Hi, yes as stated in previous comment it seems like the hot and cold have been mixed up. Easy fix and should’ve been checked upon completion by plumber to avoid this error.
