We would like to insulate our garage, walls floor and roof. It is red brick and single layer. What is our options without losing the internal space?

Bad news first - unfortunately you will lose some internal space this is unavoidable for a well insulated space. I may suggest fixing timber frame battening to walls, insulating and plaster boarding. Your floor would be dependant to whether you would like suspended or solid however you may require 100mm insulation. As for your ceiling, are there rafters? If so, likelihood will be plasterboarding and insulating above. I hope this help! However more detail would be required for a more detailed answer 🙂
