Is the material under my roof tiles a breathable or non breathable membrain

Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 3.41 PM

The material feels plastic, is dull grey on the underside and shinny black of the roof side, there are no manufacturers details on the parts I can see. I have photos of both sides

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?
