Smart Toilet with Bidet

Hi, We are having a new bathroom fit and looking at options of choosing Toilet. Can anyone share their experience with Toilet Bidet smart Japanese style system? Are they any good and worth as units start from £500 to ££££'s? My main concern is if fitted properly, does they flctuate in water temperature and certainely don't want any burns. Anyone had any issues? Thanks Thanks for the reply. After little browsing looking to get this product: Wall Hung Smart Bidet Toilet Round With Black Sensor Flush Plate Frame And Cistern - Purificare. Does this need a thermostatic blender or is it already temeprature controlled from unit? How easy installation is it to comply with UK water fitting regulations? Can anyone guide me to apply for permission to Affinity Water (live in Hertfordshire) to install above smart toilet. Can't find any information online if the flap where ascending hose comes through is considered as Back Flow prevention? Any help appreciated. Thank you

if fitted properly with a thermostatic blender to mix hot and cold to a set temperature you should have no scalding problems , but the thing you should check is the method of installation, check with your waterboard , they have certain rules for the installation of these.

The answer is good, but needs dedicated heat source close by as waiting time for hot water to filter through will mean you have initial cold water when operating much the same as with a shower. Cold at first.
