Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 4.03 PM

I have a conventional CH system with hot water tank. There is 1 hot water thermostat and 2 central heating thermostats which I want to replace with smart thermostats. What units do I need and what make is the best?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

I would use Hive, with the multi zone kit.

Hi, I just recently installed Drayton Wiser. If your controls Drayton it's easy swap They have multi channel hub. So it should manage 3 zones. You can go away with two if you don't have wet underfloor heating in the house. Smart radiator thermostat heads will do the job with one thermostat. Information on Drayton website quite patchy, I would recommend to call customer service for further advice.

Hi Depends how much money want to spend behind smart thermostat. You can install from budget ESI multichannel to Google nest or Hive.
