Just installed a new shower and keeps tripping out after a few minutes what can be causing this

perhaps the breaker is undersized in relation to the KW of the shower

Hi Sean,
There is a possibility that the RCBO or MCB that protects the circuit is undersized in relation to the KW of the showe. I would suggest you contacting your local electrician to take a look & advise you accordingly.

I agree with the above, you need to confirm the KW size in relation to your MCB/RCBO. I would definitely contact a local electrician and get this checked out
