Hep20 fittings - peace of mind

Hi , I recently found old copper pipework in my loft on the hot water side pitted and seeping onto my ceiling. I Also found a leak from an isolation valve on the cold water side. The pipe work was like spaghetti junction of joins and elbows etc. Due to having covid. I had to deal with it myself. I used hep20 pipes and fittings , using the inserts on the hep20 pipes, silicon spray etc and all looks good on both the hot and cold water side. Even after letting the pipes etc heat up and cool down. My main question is , do these fittings have any sort of "bedding in" time or do they just show signs of failure instantly. Looking for peace of mind more than anything. Thanks in advance.
