Best option to heat up downstairs toilet

Anonymous user 16/03/2024 - 2.45 PM

Hi. We has an extension built about 5 years ago and a downstairs toilet was installed. It never had a small radiator or heating fitted and most winters the room is very cold. I know we don't plan on being in there long but what advice is there to heat it up? It is about 5ft from the kitchen radiator with a wall in-between

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

This is dependent on your budget As previous post electrical heating is probably most cost efficient as obviously can be used if central heating is not required A small radiator plumbed into the existing radiator nearby is obviously another choice. Post on this site for tradesmen to quote for either would be my choice

if its easy to tap into kitchen radiator it would make sense to do so two holes through wall to a little towel rad or a normal rad and it runs off existing heating
