Roof company dissolved - what about warranty?

My roof was covered for 20 years warranty but the company who repaired it dissolved. Have I lost my warranty?

Hi Some companies have insurance backed guarantee And if you have a problem with the tiles they’re self and it’s consistent with most of the tiles then a manufacturers warranty might be in place regards William

Hi some company’s will state when they give you the guarantee what happens to it if they ever ceased trading majority of the materials are covered by manufacturers guarantee Regards Thomas

Hi,if your roof is covered by insurance you would probably have a copy of the cover, if the materials are failing you can get a rep to have a look,if the roofing company was.classed as sole trader you can still make a money claim through the court,hope this has helped, regards Michael
