The tiler has started work but I am getting very concerned that the tiles are been fitted with what appears to be no attempt to get the pattern within the tiles to match. So before I go any further I would like some advice on if my concerns are valid happy to supply photos. I appreciate the response I have had I have posted photos on the job on my builder if someone could take a look and give me some feedback I would be very grateful. https://www.mybuilder.com/profile/view/mr93581

Without seeing photos of the tiles it’s impossible to comment on whether or not your concerns are valid. I’m sure if you post some photos you will get the correct advice on here.

You should definitely speak with the person who is laying your tiles. Unless he has a patern that he is working of he should share it with you. Do it now before its to late and you hate the work, and spend your money

As a tiler in my opinion the tiles have not been used to get any continuous veins moving through any wall or any consideration regarding what should be a natural look when tiles are placed together. That being said, some tiles are not very accommodating in achieving this finish.

If you are concerned about your job then the best thing to do is stop the work and explain your concerns with the tiler he can then rectify it or stop the work
