Yes. Aico offer a range of alarms which can be interlinked via a wireless module which is inserted into the alarms or a radio link base. Although a fairly pricey option this stops the need for any rewiring. Depending on the existing wiring in place you may already have the ability to have them interlinked. A good electrician would be able to check and advise.

Unless you are an electrician I would get someone to do it for you ,all you need to do is get some cable and daisy chain them together it is a very simple job.Dont spend money on new ones unless you want to ,I am in England so I'm not sure what Scotland regs are but I guess they are same but just check.

Hi. So to interlink your smoke alarms you have 2 options. Option 1. Assuming you have a supply at all three detectors and on the same circuit you would need to run a single core cable to each one to link them together. Fairly tricky job in the sense that getting from upstairs to downstairs can sometimes not be straight forward. Option 2. Change your detectors for wireless interlink. Slightly more expensive for the alarms but probably the cheaper option in the long run.
