Good afternoon, I have posted a request of tradesman under stonemasonry, but not sure whether this is the right tradesman. The wall which separates the entrance of our neighbours and our semi-detached house needs repair. The paint is coming off and parts are green from the rain. Also there is a section which needs plastering though the wall is a brick wall. Who is the right tradesman for this job? Thanks, Ursula
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

The answer will depend on if it is an internal wall or external one?
You might need 2 trades or a multiskilled general builder

It sounds like the wall needs the render repairing (this is the plaster you mentioned I think). A general builder will be able to do this for you or if you can find a dedicated rendering company even better. Then a decorator will seal it and paint it for you if the builder won't do that but sometimes they will. A fungicide wash will kill/remove the green algae from the wall and will need to be done before painting.

id say two trades people. A general builder, then a decorator to finish it off. :)
