Who would I need to look into a possible hole where the dormer window joins the roof?

A couple of years ago I had some wasps get into my loft through a corner of my dormer window. I've put off getting someone to take a closer look partly because I had no idea who I should try to get in touch with. I'm not sure if this is a issue with a tile, joinery or just some flashing as it's too high up to get a good look. Is this a job for a roofer, or a carpenter?
