What grade of sand paper.

I am painting bare wood and have done 2 undercoats rubbing down between each with 120, what grade do I use between the two top coats ?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hi, you can pick up finishing paper from any goo decorating centre such as Dulux Decorator Centre, Brewers, Leyland SDM, I use 180 & 240 grade and they will give you a superior finish if all prep work has been carried out properly.

I use sanding pads 240 or 320 for the final painting, then we can be sure that nothing will get scratched and we have an effect almost like spraying
