Im trying to find a pipe to join the hole from the back of the toilet that faces the back to a hole on the floor. The exit hole is 8cm wide and the floor hole is about 10cm. How do i join the two?

You would need an angled pan connector.

You need a standard toilet pan connector. 10 cm is the normal size for the soil pipe and the pan connector slides inside. The connection to the toilet is smaller because the connecting pipe slides over the top. Pan connectors come in various shapes to meet different join configurations, or you can by a flexible one and bend it to fit.
