Fitting of Shower Wall Panels and Shower Enclosure
Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.45 PM
I am fitting shower wall panels around the shower tray area only. Would I fit the shower enclosure frame where it meets the wall to the wall with the panels but up inside or would if fit the frame on top of the panel?

As said above
On top and make sure it’s sealed correctly

On top of panel .... run a line of silicon up the back of the U chanel before screwing it to the panel to ensure sealing.

If there is a shower tray with a step in - the screen would be fitted in the centre of the edging of the base.
If the shower tray is floor level - the screen would be fitted to equal the base.
It is always best to fit the shower boards with a slight overlap and finish with a decorative edging. How wide you want that over lap is entirely up to you - but as the other answers - always on top of the panel and ensusre it is not only secured firmly but sealed well
