Any advice. Two year old running around non stop parents stomping at all hours and banging pipes in the night when they shower. Thanks

False stud wall or suspended ceiling with 25-100mm accoustic insulation inside then soundboard and plaster to finish it.

Build a stud wall infront of existing wall making sure nothing touches existing wall allowing vibrations to pass through, insulate with 100mm sound proof insulation and clad with sound board then skim

I'd use egg boxes if i were you. Brilliant acoustic properties. Just fix them to the wall with masonry nails and you'll get the desired results. I'm an expert. Just look at all of my company feedback on MyBuilder!!!
