Leak repair in our house

We have what looks like leaks in a few places on the main floor of our house - bedroom wall in one room, corner next to window in another and above the hall landing too. We cant work out if they are connected to one issue (possible loft leak too?) or individual issues. We would appreciate some practical expert advice so we can work out how to move forward

without actually looking at the property in question its really impossible to diagnose exactly what is happening, it may be one thing coming out in different areas or it could be a number of different issues, your best bet is post it in the job section of the site and get a local expert to give his opinion as to what is causing these issues. good luck Alex

I think what adr properties said is quiet right could be pipe work which is countersunk or leaking from from it’s pretty hard to guarantee unless property is looked at u can try a metal pipe detector and see if this helps workout if any pipes could be in walls or check if any radiators seem to be near but without being in property it’s hard to locate
