How deep should the Foundation be for a 5 Feet front concrete wall and Pillar

My house is on a very Busy Road and I want a Concrete front wall (900mm)with pillars upto 5feet. How Deep should the foundation be please?

250mm - 300mm
Is more than enough

Depending on how wide it is. Normaly its 300 mm deep from ground level

Usually 450mm deep or until virgin ground is located that is good enough to pour onto.
As only standing a wall 300mm of concrete will be enough to then build off of once concrete is levelled etc.
