From consumer unit to an isolator then to hob/cooker…. This is not a diy job, please consult a qualified electrician…. That’s what we are here for, to save you getting shocked trying to do it yourself … inside consumer units are no joke to the inexperienced…….

The feed is referred to as the supply that is coming from the consumer unit and the Load he is going to the cooker If you’re unsure then you should leave it to the professionals

Best contact a qualified electrician, If this is a new cooker supply, switch and outlet you will need a electrical installation certificate and a Building Regulations Certificate of Compliance, you will only get this from a qualified and certified electrician.
