Boiler Leakage cable entrance & Warranty

Hello 👋 Tradesmen , In 2016 June I hired someone to install a new Vaillant eco tec pro boiler, in his quote which is still with me says : "The boiler will be awarded 7 year warranty". This morning saw below the boiler where the cable enters the boiler is leaking. Cannot attach image here. Phoned Vaillant and they say the installer hasn't registered , he needs to prove it that he tried but couldn't register us. Contacted the installer and he said customer has to register not him. Remember he told us he will register for us and not to worry. Any help will be appreciated, what could be causing the leak. Thanks in advance for any replies. Thanks Ibrar
