Fiberglass on top of old felt

Roof felt is at least 25 years old has leaked and been patched in places also holds a large puddle of water and the fascia boards are plywood and rotten to the point where the felt tacks are starting to pop out should this all be removed before having a fiberglass roof fitted and pvc fascias and muttering thanks anne

In this state you will need to completely remove the Decking down to the roof timbers, if the fascia is rotted out there is a good possibility that the roof joints will be compromised, don't cut corners at this stage or you will be paying for it twice

Yes it needs completely stripping new 18mm t&g osb boards with correct falls so no more puddles
