Corner of bedroom wall wet
Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 3.25 PM
Hello, The upstairs bedroom keeps getting wet in the outside corner. We have had replacement drip trays, fascia’s/soffits/gutters/roof re sealed and the same patch is still appearing. It I not raining and has not rained for days so it’s not a roof leak. Any suggestions?!

Hello
It could be penetrating damp, if you've had a leak in this area for sometime, then the water has soaked into the masonry and is now showing on the inside of the property. You can buy a masonry waterproofer for the brickwork, but it will take time to dry out internally.

Hi .so are you saying the patch is appearing even though it is not raining ?
It's very hard to determine a cause without seeing it
