Bend in soil vent pipe

Anonymous user 01/03/2024 - 2.56 PM

Hi Exterior soil vent pipe is installed vertically but left under the eaves height .i would like to find out if it can be (1) attach the end of that vertical pipe to 45 or 90 degree FLOPLAST PUSH-FIT DOUBLE SOCKET BEND. (2) Then attach straight 70 cm long pipe in horizontal direction in to second end of same socket bend. (3) then again attach another double socket bend at the end of horizontal pipe. (4) then join straight vertical 900mm vertical pipe to the double socket bend .which will take pipe move above eaves. Thank you . Sorry english is not my first language.

anything can be done it just depends on whether there is anything to attach it to or else the wind will just blow it down post it in the job section and get someone to take a look for you. good luck Alex

I would suggest if you were to do that use solvent weld fittings to keep it straight, Trevor
