Concrete step needs levelling

Hi I'm not sure who would be the best tradesman but basically I have a concrete step in the kitchen that just needs the top levelling. It's quite an old house and I think it's took some battering over the years. Who would be best to do this? Thanks in advance!

Best plan of action and quickest and cost affective get a new concrete step and replace old one

Best person to do job will be a landscaping or ground worker .over years ground would have sunk at the bottom so top moves first

Like all these questions a picture would give a much clearer answer . Cut it back glue it up and reface if it’s a deep old lump of concrete if it’s just a thin small bit get it out reform .
