I’ve had someone come to my property this morning to give me a quote, I’ve said yes I would like them to do the job, and they said they would get back in touch with me via my builder. How long does it take for them to contact me?

they should have let you know when they were going to send you a quote and when they were going to be able to do the job, its really impossible for some one else to answer that question only they can answer that. I am presuming you got them of the site and have there telephone number txt them & ask.

yes it is not nice to the client if you promise to do something and nothing you do is very ugly

Depending on their schedule I'd give them till the evening before I make contact
