Need help with what I need to do when I receive a quote but still waiting for others to respond 🙃

You should always get 3 quotations but if the trade person has got good reviews and you are happy with his quote then go for it

Hi It’s customer preference really. I’d personally wait until you receive other quotes, then make sure they are like for like quotes ie check materials to be used etc. Also please remember the cheapest is not always the best quote. Also it comes to your personal choice of tradesman that you’d like working on your home. It’s worth remembering that the nice guy that turned up to measure up etc isn’t always the person that will be carrying out the works. Kind regards and good luck Mike

I would keep on at the tradesmen you have not recived quotes from yet, sometimes it better to get a few quotes before making a decision unless you have emergency work. Could save your self a small fortune and more than likely get a better finish from someone that is super busy already from word of mouth.

You should always look at a minimum if three quotes, if you have not yet received answers from other companies then re-post job in website or contact other contractors who can do the job
