Can you tile straight onto concrete?

Justvwondering if you can apply flex tile adhesive and lay tiles straight onto concrete floor?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Yes you can ,make sure concrete has dpm membrane underneath to stop moisture coming up,if the concrete is old u can apply some pva before laying the adhesive,it will create a stronger bond.

i agree with the above answer, however i would use sbr over pva to seal floor prior to tiling.

Personally I’d put a liquid Dom down then screed the floor first, a new concrete floor can corrode underneath and the flex adhesive won’t stick to the concrete as good
