My boiler keeps needing to be reset to get the central heating to come on.

My boiler keeps needing to be reset every time to get the central heating to come on. If i dont reset it it does not respond to the thermostat. It is an Ariston boiler and only 1 year old. Any advice appreciated!

Hi there, have you checked the water pressure, is the thermostat actually calling the boiler, is it a wired thermostat or wireless?

Please your boiler and the thermostat need to communicate and respond to each other. Therefore you will need to check whether your boiler and thermostat are working with each others.
