We discussed additional work to include in price install air bricks and change some broken or worn out bricks which has not been mentioned in the qoute

If a tradesmen finds further issues when he begins work.. he may suggest more work is needed. Of course most things can and should be picked up on first visit.

My quotations are itemised so their is no misunderstanding on what has been included from my initial site visit, Any additional work is quoted for and agreed prior to commencment of work, this ensures a good positive working relationship with my customers.
