Railings to be fitted on small length of wall

Dependent on the specific make up/ type of railing I would suggest the following: For a low height railing,say 48”, you can safely secure the baseplate ( this is attached to the railing) using 4 bolts which can be sealed in resin into the top of the wall. Alternatively the strongest method would be to drill 300mm deep holes down through the top of the wall using a diamond core drill bit and cement the posts in. Finally you could also add backstays for rigid stability( these would need to be concreted below ground level. The above are all tried and tested, obviously there are options but hopefully this helps. Thank you. JeremyBridgland.
