Hi Plumbing Pro's, I have a question regarding a Honeywell System (CM927) which operates the boiler. The boiler needs to come on via this panel. There's no pilot light on at the boiler - Thanks for any advice would be greatly appreciated. Have turned off and back on again but still no luck :(
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hi, so along with the roomstat there will be a receiver unit (usually quite close to the boiler) that is wired in to the boiler. This unit is a white box with a button on it and a small led. If the led has any red lights on it, then you've got a problem with the radio frequency connection between the 2 units. If the green light comes on when you turn the start up and goes off when you turn it down then the connection is good. However, if that is the case you would then need to check that you're getting 240v on the boiler switch live from the receiver. Hope this helps.
