Joist hanger not fully faced on bottom cord of truss

Some of the joist hangers/ hold down devices used to secure trusses in new construction do not have bottom cords fully seated in the hanger. Is this OK?

No they need to be seated correctly so that flooring is laid level and doesn't move.
