Heatline Capriz 2 28 c boiler, no room thermostat?

Hi, I hope someone could help me? I have just moved house and have the above boiler, but I have been told that the boiler may not be able to have a room stat connected to it? Is this true? Any advice would be great? Thank you in advance.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Yes, of course, you can have a room thermostat connected to it. Without getting into too many technical issues. No boiler should be fitted without one connected to it as it then doesn't comply with energy & efficiency guidelines

There is a connection block with a link in the boiler marked w w
A 24v low voltage room stat can be connected to this terminal Do NOT CONNECT A 230V supply to these terminals. A wireless thermostat can be used. The ww connection in the boiler needs to connected to a normally open 0v contact . On the receiver unit from the wireless room stat.
A competent electrician should have no problem installing a roomstat for this boiler.
