Had gas switched off then on. Boiler not firing now

Glow worm back boiler. Had a gas engineer in yesterday to disconnect gas cooker. Turned off gas supply and for reasons gas oven not disconnected. He relit pilot light. Back boiler now not firing 🙄Any ideas?

First of all You need an engineer to check if the regulator on Gas meter works ok or not. Then need to be check on boiler gas valve.sorry but Can’t give appropriate answer without checking.

the engineer that last worked on your property is responsable for anything now not working. he has interupted the flow of gas and there should make sure it is working correctly for you

Assuming the pilot is lit, as it is a glow worm back boiler the chances are it has a SIT gas valve (black button type) these have three positions, off, pilot and main gas, it might just need turning to the main gas position, check the link below.
