You would need to get a roofer up there. The only thing I would suggest is cut some lead tags and install them to hold the lead up. If there seems to be a bigger problem when the roofer first sees the job this might need to be quoted and Rediscussed on what action to take moving forward.

This is very hypocritical coming from a tradie as this is the kind of stuff we get upto on our own properties but please for the love of god do not lean out your window. It just takes one over reach and slip then you are in A and E. If you have the laders and are confident then do what the previous comment says and go and fit some lead ties (YouTube will sort your out). If still concerned then or don't have the laders then just call a roofer. To be honest it shouldn't be an expensive job.

Take the safe option!, scaffolding, recommended roofer or good handyman. lift lead up too inspect, and cut lead strips 40 mm wide by 300mm long, nail using copper 50mm nails, up as high as you can place them. Nail every 400mm apart and re fold lead down. bend strips up and trim to hold lead secure. Safety first, best job.

Normally when this happens is the lead pointing that the flashing is fixed to deteriorates or maybe it’s attached to batons underneath a concealed tile from the vertical of the dormer this is not a job for an amateur it’s also dangerous for somebody that hasn’t done this before do you need all the safety equipment either scaffolding tower and also a roofing ladder it’s not a big job but it’s trickySo please don’t attempt this yourself
