Hello, F01 fault code on glow worm is ignition fault. Have you tried resetting the boiler? With re-filling, I believe those boilers have two (possibly grey) taps underneath the boiler, they should have a small silver hose going between the two. The pressure gauge should be within the green, just above 1bar while cold is fine.

Fault code F1 is the boiler as attempted to light 5 times and failed on all occasions. If you need to to up the pressure there should be a small hose under the boiler with a valve at each end. Open one valve fully then gently open the second valve while watching the pressure gauge. From the manual: 1. Connect the flexible hose to the double check valve and secure by tightening the knurled nut marked ‘A’, refer diagram 12.2. 2. Open the Central Heating Flow and Return isolation valves marked ‘B’ using a screwdriver or a 4mm allen key - slot in line with the axis of the isolation valve (shown closed in diagram). 3. Ensure ALL cold water taps are shut off then open the Domestic Cold Water isolation valve marked ‘C’ using a screwdriver or a 3mm allen key - slot in line with the axis of the isolation valve (shown closed in diagram). 4. Open the tap ‘D’, then gradually open tap ‘E’ through 90o to fill the heating system to a pressure of 1.0bar then close the two filling taps. 5. Vent all air from the system - repeat step 4 as necessary until the system is full and all the air has been vented. 6. To comply with the water regulations the flexible hose must be disconnected from the double check valve close the taps ‘E’ and ‘D’ then undo the knurled nut marked ‘A’ and pull the flexible hose from the double check valve.

Hi, if the boiler is displaying 0.1 Then it is low pressure, the filling device is normally on the underside of the boiler. There a two different types one has two grey levers or the other has a long blue twist type valve sometimes the blue cap is missing just leaving a small black twist valve. If your boiler is showing F1 then that is an ignition fault, first if you can check you have gas at a hob or oven, possibly some smart meter can tell you if you have no gas failing that you will need a engineer visit.

Hi. Contact a registered Gas Safe engineer. When he calls ask his advice and watch what he does. Too many times people have been instructed over the phone and done damage for instance leaving the taps open and causing the PRV to open and stick open
