What is the name of the skirting board ?

The skirting is a chamfered with a pencil round as far as I can see on the photo, not a clear picture of it Many thanks Charles Pepino

Tricky to see from that angle.
Long Chamfer/Bevel profile may be. It looks like Cherry or stained maple.
Try loveskirting.co.uk. They have a number of chamfer profiles and various timbers too.

It’s probably a hardwood chamfered skirting hard to tell from that picture. https://www.britishhardwoods.co.uk/
These guys are good for oak take a look whatever you get will need varnishing to try and match that.
