I have just plaster my wall what is this yellow stuff

I have pictures of behind my fridge where i have Plastered Know there is yellow showing in certain areas Please help as not sure if safe to sand it as Could be dangerous. Lidy

Yes you should sand in yellow area and then remove the dust from the wall and then use stain killer should be enough two or three codes paint by stain killer and then the wall is ready for main paint
