Best way to do it is to take out the mortar and repoint it in a colour that matches! Or take out the hole thing and repoint it all again

Hi using different colour sands and brands of cement will create different colours or mortar, maybe visit a builders merchants and get a few samples of softwashed sand and rugby cement for a light grey finish.

Hi there if the mortar is a light grey colour I’d suggest using a black mortar tone powder with the sand and cement mix. Ideally you would have to mix a few batches with different ratios and let this dry to find the right one for your property. Hope this helps

The mortar is a natural product, sand and cement.
Depending on the ratio used the cement brand and the colour of the sand and the time its had to weather in, you will find it near to impossible to match the mortar colour.
Your best bet is to rake out the whole wall and start again.
