Hello.
Send your current roofer, a statement in writing, ideally via letter. Stating you give him 7 days to correct it before you escalate the matter further via trading standards and small claims court. There are templates available online. During that period contact another roofer in your area for a free quote or a paid survey and ask them investigate the issue and find the cause. If their findings prove your other tradesman is at fault and you haven’t heard anything within the week. Contact trading standards or citizens advice they will help guide you in the right direction of starting a court case
