Zinsser B.I.N hasn't blocked out the stain

I have these yellow patches in my loft conversion (by the chimney breast). I use zinsser B.I.N to block the stain but after a few days the yellow stain has come through again. if there anything else I can do or what could be causing the problem?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Use Zinsser coverstain, couple coats should be enough.

How many coats of b.i.n did you apply? It's specified 2 coats for stain blocking

Is there any sign of damp/water coming through? B.I.N will block pretty much any stain, however if there is still water coming through then the stain will still appear. Hope this helps

Paint the stain with oil based gloss, once it has dried you can paint over it with what ever paint you like and the stain will not show again.
