Heatline Vizo24 the blacke P R V will not move?

Our boiler is Headline Vizo24 combi boiler.We do not have central heating so we only use the boiler for hot water.It's anything from 8-12 years old.It has not had any problems until now. The problem is the water pressure has dropped just under 1 bar. I went to later the water pressure.I have done this a few times,with ease & straight forward.But for some reason the Black PRO with not move at all. I do not want to force it and break it.I spayed it with WD40, still won't move...Can anyone suggested what to do next...Thank you.

Hi. It’s sound like it my have seized up. Your best calling out a local heating engineer who will more then likely just replace the filling loop valve for you. Hope this helps 👍

More than likely it will have to be replaced, Call out a local engineer.
