Dripping Basin Tap

When I turn on my BATH taps, my BASIN tap leaks (only one of the two taps leaks). If the bath taps are OFF, the basin tap stops leaking. What is the issue here? What needs fixing or replacing to stop the leaking basin taps?

Sounds like the washers in the tap have worn out or debris as when the pressure builds it starts leaking hope this helps
