I have economy 7 water heating, the booster has stopped working as is the night rate water heating,

I have no water heating at all ,because I have economy 7 , does there have to be two water heater elements , or could it be the swich that has gone

Hi If You have economy 7 water heating and a separate immersion heater If one of these develops a fault it can trip the main fuse this is possibly why you are thinking that it might be the switch Backer complete economy 7 unit with immersion 3kw approx £80 plus fitting if it is not the fuse and the complete unit needs to be changed Hope this helps as I fitted a Backer recently only to find that the fuse had gone Kind regards Ross
