Roof-Vent: Which is the right professional/trade to call in?

I am installing a new bathroom extractor fan on a 2nd floor, which needs to be vented via the roof (above the loft). Everything is straightforward apart from a roof-slate-vent which needs to be installed from the outside. This has taken me into a journey of: electricians that do not do roofing, plumbers that don't do electrics, roofers that decline quotes because it's a small job, and handymen that don't use or have roof-ladders/scaffolders. I would be most grateful if someone could illuminate me into who is the actual professional I should be calling that can replace a roof tile with a roof-vent+ adaptor? I'm in Newcastle, in case you have someone in mind! Not an urgent job though. Thanks Javs

Hi Javs, so basically a roofer or a gas engineer who often install flue trough chimney and roof with roofing skills but like you said some people are too proud to consider small job as an actual job, i'm myself from Manchester as Newcastle is far from you otherwise i will do it for you ...
