I want the same floor throughout my down stairs and at the moment I have a mixture of pine wood ,tiles and laminate just wondering could you put luxury vinyl tile over the whole lot or would I have to dig everything up all my tiles are solid and my pine floor is to ??

Yes you can, just make sure you use proper underlay and also those surfaces are flash to each other. LVT need perfectly flat subfloor otherwise will unclick or make noise

Each floor needs to be the same level, if you have tiles and there not loose you can screed over them, if you have wooden floors you can ply, laminate would need to be removed as it’s a floating floor and you need it all to be solid. My suggestion given you want a fresh new look is to rip out any floor and start from scratch.
