Can anyone recommend a surveyor for a badly laid garden patio?

Anonymous user 16/03/2024 - 2.43 PM

I had a patio laid by a builder, they have done what I consider to be a bad job, I need a professional (im guessing surveyor) to look at the work and ideally write a report, for potential use in a small claims court. Can anyone recommend or advise me on who would be the right person to get to do this? Many thanks.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hi You need to take photos ,lift the existing patio and inspect the sub base ,if this is inadequate then this should support your claim , if the patio was laid not level them again it's not been done correctly. You need to pay someone to lift and do an inspection / investigation first.
