Can i replace 1 strip of damaged wallpaper?

I have managed to dent a bit of the wall (about a thumbprint size but very noticeable) in 1 strip of wallpaper. I have lots of wallpaper left, is it possible to remove the whole strip that has the damaged part, repair the wall and replace it with a new bit?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

it can be replaced but a lot of care is needed when removing damaged peice dont damage the edges of the other wallpaper

Sound advice from handy devils however you never get a perfect fit when replacing wallpaper as soak time will vary but good luck
